I'm Phil Esposito. Here's How I Do Business.

I put my name on every watch I sell because I stand behind every watch I sell. No corporate layers. No runaround. Just one person who's been doing this long enough to know that reputation is everything — and shortcuts aren't worth it.

Why I Started This

For years, I was the customer.

I loved watches. I wanted to buy them. But every time I did, I walked away feeling like I'd paid too much. The prices were inflated. The "deals" weren't deals. And the people selling them seemed more interested in what they could get out of me than whether I was getting a fair shake.

I got tired of it.

So I decided to be the guy I wished I'd been buying from all along — someone who prices watches fairly from day one, who doesn't play games, and who treats every transaction like his reputation depends on it. Because it does.

When you buy from me, you're not just getting a watch. You're getting a fair price, an honest assessment, and a piece that holds its value. That's what a luxury watch should be — a solid investment, not a regret.

Along the way, I learned something important: the watch business has a lot of people who are very good at selling — and not nearly enough who are good at taking care of customers after the sale.

I built On Time to be the kind of place where you get straight answers, fair prices, and someone who actually picks up the phone when something goes wrong.

One owner. One way of doing things. No exceptions.

How I Do Business

Say What You Mean. Mean What You Say. If I tell you a watch is in excellent condition, it's in excellent condition. If I tell you I'll have an answer by tomorrow, you'll have it by tomorrow. No fine print. No exceptions. No excuses.

Price It Right From the Start. I don't play the game where you list high and "negotiate" down. Every watch is priced at fair market value from day one. You shouldn't need to haggle to get a fair deal. You should just... get one.

Answer the Phone. You're spending serious money. You deserve to talk to a real person — not a chatbot, not a voicemail, not a form that goes into a black hole. When you call or email, you get me. Same person, every time.

Stand Behind What You Sell. Every watch is authenticated. Every watch is guaranteed. And if something goes wrong, I make it right. Period. That's not a policy — that's how you stay in business.

Treat Every Customer Like They Matter. Because they do. Whether you're buying your first watch or your fiftieth, you'll get the same level of attention and care. I don't save my good service for "big" customers. There's only one standard here.
