By accessing or using the On Time Luxury Watches website (ontimeluxurywatches.com) or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and On Time Luxury Watches ("we," "us," "our," or "On Time"). Please read them carefully.

About Our Business

On Time Luxury Watches is an independent dealer of pre-owned luxury watches. We buy, sell, trade, and source watches from various brands. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, or any other watch manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Products and Descriptions

Accuracy of Listings

We make every effort to accurately describe the watches we sell, including brand, model, reference number, condition, and included accessories. However, all descriptions are based on our assessment and may contain errors or omissions.

Photographs are of the actual watch being sold unless otherwise noted. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

Condition Descriptions

Condition descriptions reflect our honest assessment of each watch at the time of listing. Pre-owned watches may show signs of wear consistent with their age and previous use. Minor variations, wear marks, or imperfections not explicitly mentioned in the listing do not constitute a misrepresentation.

Availability

All watches are subject to prior sale. We are not responsible if a watch becomes unavailable after you submit an inquiry or request.

Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that every watch we sell is authentic. Each watch is inspected and verified prior to sale.

If a watch purchased from On Time Luxury Watches is determined to be counterfeit by a qualified authority, contact us immediately. Upon verification, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. This is your sole remedy for any authenticity dispute.

This authenticity guarantee does not cover:

Watches that have been altered, repaired, or serviced after purchase
Replacement parts (dials, hands, bezels, bracelets, etc.) that may have been installed by previous owners prior to our acquisition
Components that are period-correct but not original to the specific watch

Sold As-Is

ALL WATCHES ARE SOLD "AS-IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."

Except for the authenticity guarantee stated above, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding any watch, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy of timekeeping
Water resistance
Functionality of any complications or features
Remaining service life
Future value or investment potential

Pre-owned watches are mechanical instruments that may require service, adjustment, or repair. The condition of internal movements, gaskets, and other components not visible externally is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific watch.

You are responsible for inspecting your watch upon receipt and determining its suitability for your intended use.

Inspection Period and Complaints

24-Hour Inspection Period

You have twenty-four (24) hours from the time of delivery to inspect your watch and notify us of any issues, discrepancies, or complaints.

After 24 Hours

Any issues not reported within 24 hours of delivery are deemed waived. After the 24-hour inspection period, all sales are final and no complaints, returns, refunds, or exchanges will be considered.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this inspection period and waiver.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All sales are final.

Except as required by law or as expressly stated in the Authenticity Guarantee section above, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Buyer's remorse
Dissatisfaction with condition, appearance, or performance
Watch not meeting expectations
Inability to pay
Gifted watches not wanted by recipient

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time your purchase is confirmed is the price you will pay.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is discovered after you have submitted a request, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

Wire transfer
Zelle
Cash (for local, in-person transactions only)

We do not accept credit cards, personal checks, or PayPal.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before any watch is shipped or released. We reserve the right to hold shipment until payment has been received and verified.

For wire transfers, funds must be received and cleared in our account before shipment.

Deposits

If a deposit is requested and accepted to hold a watch, the deposit is non-refundable. If you fail to complete the purchase, the deposit will be forfeited.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods

All watches are shipped via insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or similar) with signature required upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, will be communicated to you before your purchase is finalized.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for watches pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. While we insure shipments, you are responsible for inspecting the package upon receipt and reporting any damage or issues to the carrier and to us immediately.

Delivery Issues

If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:

File a claim with the carrier immediately
Notify us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date
We will assist with the claims process but are not responsible for carrier delays, losses, or damages after the package has been tendered to the carrier

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery or fail to accept a shipment, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and any resulting fees. We reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund that may be issued.

Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing from On Time Luxury Watches, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
The payment method you use is yours or you are authorized to use it
All information you provide is accurate and complete
You are purchasing for personal use and not for resale as a commercial dealer (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

Seller and Trade-In Transactions

Selling to Us

If you sell a watch to On Time Luxury Watches, you represent and warrant that:

You are the legal owner of the watch
The watch is free of liens, claims, or encumbrances
The watch is authentic
You have the right to sell the watch
All information you provide about the watch is accurate

Trade-In Transactions

Trade-in values are determined at our sole discretion. Trade-in offers are valid for a limited time as specified. The value applied to your trade may differ from the quoted amount if the watch received differs from the description provided.

Payment for Watches We Purchase

Payment for watches we buy from you will be made via wire transfer or Zelle after we have received and verified the watch.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the specific watch at issue.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of opportunity, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the condition, performance, accuracy, or functionality of any watch sold as-is.
We are not liable for any third-party claims related to watches purchased from us.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless On Time Luxury Watches, its owner, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

Your use of our website or services
Your breach of these Terms of Service
Your violation of any applicable law
Any dispute between you and a third party related to a watch purchased from us

Intellectual Property

All content on the On Time Luxury Watches website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is owned by On Time Luxury Watches or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
